This is a Mixed-use beach house development in Panglao, Bohol where the client wanted an open and climate respondent house. The design is greatly inspired by Bohol’s Bahay na Bato houses with modern innovations pertaining to climate and resiliency.
75% of the whole Main house will be part of the amenities of the beach development where it will house a bar pool lounge, an open cafe area, a dining area, offices, spa area, and client’s own furniture workshop.
